All companies participate in civil and commercial relations under their name, registered in the public register.
Legal persons whose names are registered have the right to use them and have an exclusive right over them.
To not admit the similarities between the company names, the state registration body, upon the registration of a new legal entity, verifies its name in terms of availability, distinctiveness, and linguistic correctness. The legal persons will not be registered if their names coincide with the name of another legal person already registered.
If a company nevertheless uses the name of another legal person, it will be obliged, upon request, to stop using the name and repair the damage.
Recommendation: The founders of legal entities may request the reservation of the name by the state registration body for a period of up to 6 months.
