Mandatory information to be contained in documents issued by legal entities

A series of information for the third-party addresses must be mentioned in any document issued by a legal person from Moldova.

The document issued by the legal person must indicate:

1. Name of the legal person;
2. State registration number;
3. Tax code;
4. Headquarters address.

If the legal person does not indicate this information in the issued documents, it will be subject to the sanction of payment of compensations.

Recommendation: Develop standard letterheads that will contain the required mandatory information.
