On December 8, 2021, the capacity limits, maximum quotas and capacity categories in the field of electricity from renewable sources valid until 2025 were approved.
The new Government Decision was approved in order to apply support schemes for the promotion of electricity from renewable sources (wind, solar, biogas-based cogeneration, singas-based cogeneration, direct combustion cogeneration, hydro installations).
The government has allocated a total of 400 MW of capacity to generate renewable electricity.
