Regardless of the form of legal organization, employers must create/reserve jobs and employ people with disabilities in a percentage of at least 5 percent of the total number of employees.
This obligation is incumbent on employers who, according to the staffing scheme, have 20 or more employees.
Recommendation: Take reasonable steps to employ people with disabilities. The Law establishes the obligation of employers to ensure the record of applications of persons with disabilities who have applied to be employed in a separate register of strict records, which will contain information on employment or refusal decisions, reasons for refusal, appeals, etc.
