On December 15, 2021, the local taxes in Chisinau for 2022 were approved.
The decision of the Chisinau Municipal Council on approving and implementing local taxes for 2022 stipulates that, in case of cessation of economic agents by the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, during the cessation of activity, taxpayers are exempted from paying the landscaping tax, the market tax and the tax on commercial and service units.
Recommendation: Pay local taxes on time. The term of payment of the local taxes and of the presentation of the fiscal reports is established quarterly, until the 25th of the month immediately following the management quarter.
