On October 28, 2021, amendments to the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs were adopted.
The new amendments aim at making the information on the beneficial owners of legal entities transparent.
Following the new amendments, the State Register of Legal Entities will contain information that can be accessed by any interested person regarding the name, surname and country of residence of the beneficial owners of legal entities.
Recommendation: Inform the company leaders of the provisions of the new law.
